Sit Mobile absorbed by Soprano

Mobile messaging company's founders will form part of an Australian company.

Australian mobile messaging services company Soprano has bought Catalan firm Sit Mobile, which has specialized in mobile messaging for businesses since 2011 and employs 50 people. 

Its founders, Marc Bonavia, president of the Catalan Association of Young Entrepreneurs (AIJEC), and Enric Solé, CEO, will become vice presidents of Soprano for Europe and Latin America, respectively.
